Dynamic, charming, amusing, Ho Chi Minh City, AKA Saigon, seems like a city that never sleeps. But whatever you do tonight doesn’t affect your tomorrow. Saigon always wakes up early. Soon the streets will be filled with lines of cars and motorbikes.
However, before the real work can get going, people need fuel. After a long night of sleeping, your fuel tank is on empty. Like a car won't run without gas, your body won't function right without its fuel: food!
You may know what Vietnamese usually have for breakfast : pho, com tam, bun bo Hue,... have you ever wondered what we actually do in the morning?

We're here with the desire to bring to you the most typical morning of a Saigonese. What will we do specifically?
First, we'll start our day with a bowl of "PHO" at a 70-year-old restaurant which is one of the oldest places in Saigon in a hidden alley that you might have walked by without noticing.
Then head to the Central Post Office where luckily you may meet the "postman" and write letters to send to your hometown, what's special about your letters is that they will be written by 'the witness of Saigon".
Finally, you'll find yourself immersed in the space of art, coffee and music at our Art Studio. Be a Saigonese for one morning!
